Bally Shannon meat is frozen when you buy it. This ensures the product is always available and has a long shelf life.

Before you prepare the meat, it’s preferred to let it thaw slowly in the refrigerator. This may take up to 24 hours, so it’s wise to plan ahead. For the best results, take the meat out of the refrigerator 1 to 2 hours before preparation, to allow it to reach room temperature before you put it in the pan. This improves the result of your Bally Shannon products.
